5. MatchAndBeat.com® reserves the right to check out you and your company and cancel your subscription, if for any reason it does not feel that you can provide the expertise and match and beat a competitor in your field of business.
6. If MatchAndBeat.com® has legitimate complaints from consumers in regard to you or your company, it reserves the right to cancel you. It will be the sole discretion of this management to decide this.
